Join me for a serene twilight sound bath – nestle into a haven of plush pillows and snug blankets, and let the gentle waves of sound wash over and soothe you. It's a delightful opportunity to let the past week gently melt away and gracefully transition into the weekend.
Before we immerse ourselves in the sound journey, there'll be ample time to settle in and get comfortable. Afterwards, indulge in a warm mug of herbal tea (please bring your own mug/travel cup) as we linger, chat, and unwind together. Should you have any queries about the experience, I'll be more than happy to address them.
While I'll provide spare yoga mats, bolsters, and eye pillows, please bring along your own mats, cushions, and blankets. Just a gentle reminder: let's avoid sleeping bags to prevent any distracting rustling sounds!
