For my research project towards completing my Certificate in Creative Sound, I am seeking volunteers to participate in a study investigating whether regular participation in sound bath experiences can aid with stress management.
Volunteers are kindly asked to commit to attending three consecutive weekly sessions and to fill out questionnaires aimed at gauging their experiences during the sound baths. These questionnaires will also evaluate any possible impacts on their wellbeing in the days following the sessions, including aspects like improved sleep quality or enhanced focus. Your participation in this study will greatly contribute to our understanding of the potential benefits of sound baths and the data collected will be private and used only as part of my written research project which will not be published.
Each session will span one hour in total, with the sound bath itself lasting 30 minutes. This will allow ample time for participants to settle in and get cosy before the session begins, as well as an opportunity to socialise and enjoy refreshments together afterwards. After the sound bath has ended you will be more than welcome to zip off you need to!
Spare Yoga mats, bolsters and eye pillows can be provided but please do bring along your own if you can and cushions and blankets so you can wrap up warm.
