Yoga Class Timetable
Tuesday 5.30 - 6.30pm Seasonal Vinyasa
A slow flow yin-yang class which is suitable for all levels including absolute beginners.
We will explore finding our yin ‘edge’ to help create space and flexibility in the body, but combine this with gentle vinyasa and Qi Gong movements between the postures to keep the energy flowing. This practice changes with the seasons as we work with each seasons key organs and stimulate their meridian lines.
A gentle practice that encourages us to slow down and spend some time with ourselves, but allows the space to explore our own ‘edge’ of our body flexibility so that we increase strength and mobility over time.
Thursday 5.30 - 6.30pm Restorative Yin
A yin class which moves slightly more towards the restorative side of yoga. Lengthening the time spent in each position and supported with plenty of props, we are able to gently stretch the body but also find space in the mind.
This is a very accessible class which promotes feelings of rest and calm. You’ll feel the benefits in both body and mind as we release the day and any niggles or pockets of tension held in the physical and emotional body. This class serves as a gentle bridge from a busy day to being able to gently unwind for a restful evening.
